No. He's pretty bad. When he was younger he seemed to pose much more of a challenge. It would seem that his declining athleticism and lack of fitness is a major reason for why he's been on the receiving end of so many one sided losses.

Ben Henderson Could beat Bob Sapp, and he's about half the size.

I'm glad at least that this matchup wasn't totally one sided, and Sapp showed some kind of skill on the ground, but his opponent wasn't very good either.

I don't look down on Sapp. He's making money. I just don't understand why people would pay to see him fight.

Sapp is a quiter. If his leg was so hurt how was he able to walk around so well after the fight? Someone needs to tell him he can't just call "Time Out" when things go a little wrong. He's not a fighter
