It will be several years before Jones will be a champ... he's just not experienced enough...Im fairly certain Shogun is about to beat machida's ass again,and actually get the title this time so I dont think theres much hope for Jones to get it anytime soon, unless Shogun were to blow his leg out again or something

another impressive win by jones. the kid has a great future, but he's also got a lot of holes. the scary thing is, he so young that he can't help but improve. his striking other then his exotic, fancy elbows and kicks are non existent. he should work on his boxing skills and throw in some kicks. as far as gnp, he didnt really show any here but his gnp against hamil was vicious. he's got scary elbows.
i don't wanna look at his weaknesses to much though. the guy uses leverage to toss people better then anyone in the ufc right now. he tosses people with so much ease. kind of like karo with his judo. despite his lack of striking, his standup offense still catches peopl off guard. that spinning back elbow was so quick. jon jones has a great future. he's someone you can build a division around. he's not ready to be having title shots yet but he'll eventually get there.

Never heard of Jon Jones so i decided to take a look because ppl are saying he's the next big thing ( i thought they meant heavyweight lol ) I see losses and victorys in his future, but a belt around his waist? maybe if Shogun and Evans and Silva and Machida and ( i can go on and on ) retire lol catch my drift?

Did you see what he did to Matt Hamil? Jones will take out Machida when that day comes.

Jon Jones is the most interesting fighter coming out of the UFC since GSP.His athleticism is good to the point that i can watch his fight a couple time in a row.You know a guy did a good move when you want to check it out in slow motion,and there was a couple of those in that fight.
Jones would've finished that fight in the second round at the latest.The reason he couldn't is because he's got no ground game;no ground n pound at all.He threw Bonnar on the ground at will,but Bonnar was getting up each time without any damages made.
Anyway.I'm looking forward for his upcoming fight.I see a tittle shot up the road.

Anyway,Jon Jones est assurement le fighter le plus hypes dans le UFC en ce moment,si tu ne vois pas un futur contender la-dedans,ben,on verra ben!(pour ne pas dire"t'es dans le champs!")
