i find it funny that forrest said that anderson could beat him but not break him. forrest quit after getting rocked that shows that anderson silva has more power than most heavyweights. forrest will b motivated by his loss to silva and by his eariler loss to tito. Forrest will win a unamious decision

i hope forrest kicks titos ass!! i dont like tito much and really who has beaten the better competition??? lets see forrest: shogun.....rampage. titio??fuck i cant even remember just now he got his ass handed to him twice by liddel and in my opinion got beaten by forrest in the first one.

I used to like Forrest, but really the only thing he had going for him is the toughness and not quitting. He's lost that in the last fight as far as I'm concerned, and without those qualities he's a fairly mediocre fighter.

Love that guy, such a great character with a huge heart. People that said running out was cowardly, like he said are weak in a sense. They criticize from the sidelines not knowing what it takes to step up and take on such a challenge. I've always been a fan of Forrest and will continue to be until he retires.
