Miguel was trying a totally new game plan of not being too aggressive and not lose his cool when he gets mad. Once the elbow cut him exposing his skull he was breathing in his blood because of mouth piece and couldn't see... being that a rematch would be more to our soothing and prove that Miguel will climb to the top again..a record of 36-3 is only among the best in the world.

Some fighters just never recover from a knockout, i didn't think he would be but seems Torres is one of those guys.

Seems to me like Torres was tentative in that fight. It's like he's still remembering the KO from Brian Bowles and it's made him more cautious. Unfortunately, his game doesn't seem to be quite as polished as it needs to be to play a cautious role. He was better when he was coming forward all the time.

Putting lots of pressure on his opponent was Miguel's biggest strength. And he didn't do that here. But Joe's elbow was perfectly placed and it's hard to block a sub when your eyes are covered in blood.

Don't know why, but I'm so happy that Benavidez won that match!
Torres had...11 inchs over Benavides;that is a huge advantage.
Torres is a technical fighter,but he is not as strong as we thought.
Awesome finish by the winner.
