common are u guys serious, this guy fights are boring as hell. i dont understand why they give the real best P4P fighter in the world anderson silva so much crap when he doesnt finish a fight but making all of his opponents look like a bunch of morons without even trying. but here u have gsp, that not even if he try's hes best still nothing, u just get 5 fucking rounds of Wrestling, and thats all. and let me say one thing you will never get the spider vs. gsp because dana knows that anderson will knock gsp in the very 1 round and we all know that dana doesnt want that.

hey BJJFIGHTER ok first of all ha take a good look at my screen name, NOW u said dan hardy has no experience on the ground , yet when ever gsp was in half guard or MOUNT hard was able to get out of it.....hummm thats experience, hes just not dominant at it , HUGE difference , thats why GSP makes everyone seem like amateurs on the ground. its not that they dont have experience thats a dumb thing to say, they are in MMA believe me, they got experience, they are in the UFC they got experience, and going over where u think u went wrong after a match is what a fighter is SUPOSSED to do, if u watch closely hadys arm poped , to anyone with a brain this means the guy is double jointed , ppl can be double jointed on both arms and shoulders which hard IS. and why in the hell would GSP fight standing blow for blow where the odds are 50/50 when he can DOMINATE on the ground, that would be retarded. the point of WINNING a fight is to do it in such way where a fighter receives litle to no damage. i think you would be a great chris lebben fan. sure the guy loves to go blow for blow, and yes it will work against up and comers, but thats where it ends. only the smart and dominant fighters are at the top. the rest are simply inferior. even in the preview for ufc 2010 the fighters tell u. its not about haw HARD you hit, or how FAST you are, or how many hits u can take, ...its about preparation, and if u watched GSP vs HARDY primetime, GSP's training was simply superior. and showed on his victory. his the champ. he needs to prove nothing to NO1 , if dan hardy or anyone else say he only fights on the gound and blah blah blah perhaps THEY should hit the gym harder on the GROUND. that would be the smart way. NOT hoping they score that big left hand, because on the ground......you can kiss that little hope goodbye.

well in all fairness he did apologize for not finishing big at the end of the fight and next time he would do better,,, so keep stating the obvious,, i'm a GSP fan but yea it was a little boring and after every fight he says he's gonna do something he comes back and does it so look for him doing better next time.

It does not matter how he won or whether or not he finished, this is mixed martial arts, you are able to use any strategy against any fighter, gsp is not in the WWE he is a real fighter, he fights to win, if you are to uneducated about MMA to enjoy watching him win, regardless of how it is done, then you should stick to WWE or something fake.

Stop This Bullshit

hardy lost and GsP won... thats is not gonna change. in the fight there is not even 1% chance for hardy. it doesnt matter how it was, its still a lost. and saying this is not a good fight well maybe you dont know what ground game is and how hard it is. knowing ground game and training it is different from watching... GSP won a good fight yes its a ground game but a total domination ground game..

passing is not easy, setting a submission is not easy ground game is not easy when your opponent is ready for it. get it?

St. Pierre should probably have broken Hardy's arm for the finish if he wants to create a legacy of impressive finishes, but I think his legacy might be of dominated losers who don't belong in the cage with him and even babysitting them while he dominates them. Maybe he can bring milk and cookies to give the next guy who he decides not to do any damage to. Usually Pierre will land brutal knees when he has side control but I saw none of that. He showed potential for some finishes but lacked the willingness to actually complete the submission techniques (or maybe he lacked the training, but I doubt it). I think it's okay for a fighter of his caliber to coddle his opponents while showing that they stand no chance against him. If Pierre doesn't want to break anyone's bones he's going to have to work on choking them out.

This reminded me of Rashard's fight aganist Thiago Silva, take down a score points. That is all GSP knows how to do. When he fought thiago Alves all he did was take down and score points. Who ever thinks GSP is the best p4p are crazy. The true meaning of a good p4p fighter is the one that can fight in any way, stant, ground, impressive victories, like Anderson Silva. He can never exchange with any one cuz he is goin to get knock the fuck out, so he has to take down and score points. To me the one surviving this fight was GSP. Den Hardy doesnt have any experrience in the ground and GSP could,t even finish with a arm bar. And why is he goin over what he did wrong in the locker room, doesnt he know how to do an arm bar or he has to learn it all over again. HEY GSP STOP MAKING THE JUDGES WIN THE FIGHTS FOR YOU!!!!!!!!!
