title shot at this point in his career would be un-wise, he needs fine tuning

Rumble is a big thing, anyone who underestimates him is crazy, he has knocked out almost every single one of his opponents, except for his loss to kevin burns to an eye poke, in the old days he would have a title shot by now.

actually he started as a wrestler, like so many of the greats, but now he's training with cung lee, the ex strikeforce middle weight champ, which has really helped him to become a very well rounded striker.

It would be a great fight Rumble vs Rush. Rush may have a slight stand up advantage but at the end of the day, my boy GSP will use his wrestling and GnP to silence the rumble. no?

Respectfully, I actually disagree, I think rumble will have a slight stand up advantage, what with his training under cung lee, which has really refined him, his reach, and his obvious power advantage, it will be really hard for GSP to use the striking techniques that worked so well for him in the past. But I think GSP will for sure hold a wrestling advantage, and I think that will make all the difference, rumble's wrestling is good, but GSP is the best. So in the end Rumble will have to try and really counter the shit out of GSP for his take down attemps, and GSP will have to just do what he does best, grind out rumble.

You might be right with the reach, but as we both know, once GSP feels that reach Rumble is going to the mat, we'll just have to see how he handles GSP on top of him despite his wrestling background(hence Koscheck,Hughes,Trigg,Fitch) GSP is a beast, it might be a good rumble with Rumble but I don't know, as tough of a fight it may be I still think GSP comes out on top.
