Following in the footsteps of his fellow countryman David Loiseau, Yves Jabouin almost finished his fight at UFC on Fuel 3 with a nasty spinning back kick to the body.
As Jeff Hougland fell crumpled over on the ground, it looked like the fight was moments away from being stopped, and in the confusion Jabouin admits he held up for a moment when the referee almost stepped in to call the fight.
Still, Hougland found a way to stick around and made it all the way to the final bell with Jabouin.

You'd think with a 35 second knockout in his last fight and a slugfest in his next one that Igor Pokrajac could have taken home at least one post fight bonus, but you'd be wrong.
See for his last two fights, Pokrajac has been on the same card as the Korean Zombie Chan Sung Jung, and he's won both of the bonuses the Croatian born fighter was up for.
Pokrajac jokes following his win about the Korean Zombie now going 2-0 against him in post fight bonus awards: more
Donald 'Cowboy' Cerrone makes no bones about it that he wants to fight in his hometown of Denver at UFC 150, and why not face fellow WEC veteran Anthony Pettis?
Cerrone picked up a big win with a dominant performance over Jeremy Stephens at UFC on Fuel 3 on Tuesday night, and now he's aiming at a fight in the Mile High City.
Both Cerrone and Pettis kicked off their Zuffa careers with the WEC, so why not have a little reunion fight in Denver?
