In this video I show a great way to break down the turtle and get a more dominate position. The ankle lift is a really simple yet effective set of moves. Over the next couple of videos I will give some alternative options that include sliding over the legs towards the back. Remember that sometimes people will try to compensate for the ankle being lifted by lifting their head. If you're ready you might get a quick submission.
