A light-heavyweight bout between former champion Rashad Evans (17-2-1 MMA, 12-2-1 UFC) and veteran Antonio Rogerio Nogueira (20-5 MMA, 3-2 UFC) is in the works for the UFC's traditional Super Bowl weekend event, which is likely to be UFC 156.
Globo brought word of the matchup today.
UFC officials weren't available for comment when contacted by MMAjunkie.com (www.mmajunkie.com), but a source close to the event said the fight is tentatively targeted for Feb. 2.

Officials traditionally stack the Super Bowl weekend cards, and Evans vs. Nogueira certainly fits the bill.
Evans hasn't fought since a failed bid to take Jon Jones' title in April. Prior to the long-awaited grudge match, the 33-year-old was on a four-fight win streak that followed his 2009 title
