Another video showing how to deal with people hugging you and trying to stall. This time it's from the mount position. This is something that I see happen commonly in MMA fights when the person is desperate and trying not to get punched in the face. With that being said, hugging from mount bottom is a bad idea, mainly because of things like this technique. This is a fairly easy technique but you may want to rep it out a few times before trying it during sparring.
