Jose Aldo says he'd like to be released from his UFC contract, he's frustrated with the UFC and says he was told he would get a rematch with Conor McGregor, or McGregor would be stripped of the belt and Aldo would move on as the champion and defend his belt against Anthony Pettis or Max Holloway. But McGregor will fight Eddie Alvarez next for the lightweight belt and is not going to be stripped of the featherweight title. Aldo is also considering walking away from the sport, and complete retirement from MMA. Max Holloway has been pushing for a fight with Jose Aldo for a while. Max Holloway Tweeted out: P*ssy-itis. With the hashtag MaxForGold Upcoming matchups amongst top 10 featherweights are Frankie Edgar vs Jeremy Stephens and Ricardo Lamas vs BJ Penn.
