Part 3 of 4 I continue with the Kesa Gatame series that I've been posting. In this video we cover one of the most high percentage submissions in BJJ, the Triangle. There are a couple of different ways to set up a Triangle from this position but I really like this one in particular. Make sure that you check out the way that I get my hand behind the head to make space for the lift. Although I say it's "easy" to get to the starting position (the space under the armpit controlled with the hand caught int he armpit) but it's probably the hardest part of this move. I don't include a lot of ways in my instruction to get to this starting position, but I will include it in the future. Keep in mind if you have a hard time with finishing the triangle then you have some other attacks on the exposed arm.
