After scoring a takedown many fighters will want to get back to there feet instead of playing Guard. Here are few very effective ways to keep your opponent grounded. In BJJ often time our partners are looking to sweep or find a submission, however in MMA a lot of the time our opponents are trying to get back to there feet. Regardless if its MMA or BJJ completion you need to be ready to stop the get up, sweep and submission attempt all while trying to improve position.
