In this video I show a guard passing strategy that involves crushing the shin and dealing with the space between the thigh and the calf. It's an important concept for spatial control and can lead to some really easy and beautiful passes. I have a few drills that I will upload in the future that will allow you to practice the entry to this space and help you learn how to surf on the thighs.
