It is truly our most epic vlog to date! Peter Lampasona and The Fight Nerd journey back to the city of sin in New Jersey for M-1 Global Selection Americas 4, which featured the American finals to decide who would continue in the M-1 Challenge series. This time, we bring along some Russian soda to see who is ballsy enough to take a sip, and yeah, stuff happens. Cameo appearances by Bloodstain Lane and Luis Toledo. To Kvass and M-1 Global!

The Fight Nerd promised pepper spray, and he has delivered! MMA journalist from USCombatSports.com, Peter Lampasona, made a bet with the coach of Team Renegade MMA in NY, betting that if his fighter, Ben Syers, won his fight at Evolution FC in November, that Peter would get pepper sprayed. Syers was extremely motivated by this, enough that he won his fight with a one-punch knockout in four seconds! It's time for Peter to get pepper sprayed! watch video >>

Friend of The Fight Nerd and official vlog partner and wheelman for East Coast events, Peter Lampasona of MatCombatSports.com was with me at the UFC Fan Expo and interviewed Rob Hewitt of Fighters Only magazine, the man behind the World MMA Awards, which is holding their second annual award show later this year. Pete asks about what inspired the show in the first place, if there will be any new categories this year, if some of the silly antics will return at the event and what it takes to actually get yourself in the running for the event. And do not forget to vote for Pete for "Best Journalist" at the awards! watch video >>
