In this video I continue with the Elbow Push technique and show a counter. There are a few ways to counter the Elbow Push but I think this one is my favorite. It looks flashy and "cool" but is actually easy to do and doesnt require a lot of flexibility and strength to do. Practice the timing to make sure that you have this down and then bust it out against the people who Elbow Push you.
