Conor McGregor's coach John Kavanagh was asked when he thinks Conor will retire. Kavanagh responded in 2-3 years.
He also said Conor was back training on Monday, just 2 days after the fight with Nate Diaz.
Kavanagh says: don't know whats next. decision will be made over the next 2 weeks i'd imagine. personally i'd like the 55 title....but we'll see what happens
Conor's leg is fine, in theory he could be ready for the New York card in November, but nothing is definite.
In 2 years Conor would be 30 years old.
Conor has always talked about getting in, getting rich, and getting out of the fight game. He told GQ Magazine earlier this year:
I am not stupid. I am a very bright guy. I know that in the fighting game, you get people who get brain damage and do themselves long-term harm. I am into it in a big way, and I am good at it, and I am going to get very, very rich and then I will get out and we will see what comes after that.
