Most BJJ battles are won and lost during the Guard battle. If you are on top you need to pass if you are on bottom you need to sweep or submit. The transition to triangle is a key maneuver when it comes to being successful playing from the bottom. In this video I cover key aspects for successfully transitioning from guard to triangle.
