MMABay sat down for a very special EXCLUSIVE interview with K-1 World Grand-Prix champion, Alistair Overeem this afternoon to talk to him about the situation surrounding his mixed martial arts career. Not only does he address his recent axe from the Strikeforce heavyweight grand prix but he tells us that if the UFC offer him a lucrative enough deal he'd love to walk away from all his other interests and immediately compete for the UFC heavyweight title.

Alexander Gustafsson sat on the sidelines from April until December waiting for a big fight to come along, but he doesn't want to wait that long again.
Despite likely earning the next crack at either Jon Jones or Chael Sonnen with his win on Saturday night over legendary fighter Mauricio "Shogun" Rua, Gustafsson doesn't want to wait until summer 2013 to fight again, even if it's for the UFC light heavyweight belt.
