I taught the Sneaky Choke from 3/4 mount a few videos ago and it was very popular. It's a position, and submission that I use frequently. Johny Hendricks is very familiar with Martin Kampmann because the two used to work together everyday at Xtreme Couture in Las Vegas. Hendricks explains how he taught Kampmann how to wrestle before the team essentially split from him when they knew down the road other welterweights at the gym may have to face him. Check out the video below to hear Hendricks' thoughts on Kampmann, fighting for the title, and who he'd rather face between Georges St-Pierre and Carlos Condit. watch video >>

It's hard to determine which was is the best because they all accomplish different things. Here is my version of the sweep. At the beginning of this video I talk about how to transition from Closed Guard to Open Guard. This is a concept of thinking and should really be watche watch video >>

In addition to breaking posture this video really emphasises the importance of good hip movement. There are tons of legimiate setups for the Cross Collar Choke and there a watch video >>

This video is an in depth look into the Basic Stacking Pass. This is a very common pass that is taught to a lot of white belts. The reason this come so early in the curriculum is because it requires very little (if any) base whereas standing passing can make the students feel like wheebles. Keep in mind that it is very important to have good posture in the Closed Guard.
