This is a clip from the very popular TV show "Panico na TV." Its a mix of Howard Stern/Jackass humor and they sent out two of there reporters to cover UFC 163. Sabrina Sato the very sexy co-host decides she's going to ask Lyoto if he'll drink her urine since he practices "Urophagia."
Here Sato asks Lyoto to drink her urine and Lyoto agrees, but only
if she drinks his. The video should be easy to understand even if you don't speak portuguese. watch video >>

In this video I show a fantastic and popular pass the Kick and Go. You may know this by another name (X Pass, Saulo Pass) but this was originally taught to me under the Kick and Go name. The first thing that you need to do is recognize which grips your opponent has. Your opponents grips are going to dictate which pass you do, or what grips you have to clear. In this video we deal with the opponent who controls on the sleeve and controls with a De la Riva hook around the back of the knee. Th watch video >>

This is a look at a variation of one of my popular sweeps, the Anti Darce. In this video we look at how to enter this position from Quarter Guard. After having a LOT of success with the Anti Darce sweep I started looking at other ways to get that same grip. You will discover that the power of that tricept to bicep grip is unbelievable! I like to enter this power grip when my opponent sits up to disengage. You can take a same side grip and then swivel the elbow in. My only point of concern watch video >>

This video shows one of my favorite and most popular passes. I learned this pass while training in Brazil and it came in hand against the Spider Guard players that play off of their shoulders to avoid the pass. There are a couple of different options but this one leads directly to the back. This is actually a very high percentage and looks really cool. The deciding factor in success is going to be if you can get your grips while your opponent is up on his/her shoulders. If you encounter som watch video >>

In this video I show a popular Butterfly Guard Pass called The Steering Wheel Pass. This pass became popular about 6 or 7 years ago. I remember the first time I saw it and we drilled the hell out of it. It's very useful and I still use it today! This pass is fairly easy and doesn't have a lot of different steps. The difficult problem is that you need your upper body and lower body to work simultaneously and in different directions which can take some practice. I will be posting a 5 or 6 watch video >>

Another very basic submission from the mount position. This is a very popular finish although I see very few people do it correctly. In this video I do not focus on the setup. You will see that the setup is low percentage but also low risk. Once the arm is dominated to the floor and you have framed out the head make sure to take the slack out of the shoulder by pulling your elbow to your knee. Be careful because if you go for this with the same intensity that you have gone for a Key Lock in the watch video >>
