A second complaint was filed today against the UFC, this time naming Javier Vazquez and Dennis Hallman as plaintiffs. With little fanfare a second class action lawsuit was apparently filed earlier today with the California‘s Northern District Court. Vazquez et al v. Zuffa, LLC. Bellator officials are close to naming a date and venue for a season-five title fight between welterweight champion Ben Askren and recent tournament winner Jay Hieron.
