Tito Ortiz is gearing up for his November fight with Stephan Bonnar, but apparently the UFC is still making life difficult. Who knows how much truth there is in rumor, but I certainly wouldn't put it past the UFC to do a little leaning on Bellator whenever possible. Bellator's broadcasting partner, Spike TV, after all, is set to counter program the UFC's upcoming PPV card with 90 minutes of Eddie Alvarez's greatest hits, as their former champion makes his Zuffa debut. Safe to say, even under the read news >>

A lingering injury has pushed Urijah Faber from his planned fight against Masanori Kanehara, but Alex Caceres is stepping up to take the fight. Urijah Faber's September 20th bout against Masanori Kanehara never made sense. Kanehara is the kind of solid, well traveled vet with a well rounded but unexciting arsenal, who is made to hang out in the middle of the division and be a tough out for seasoned vets and rising prospects. That's not a knock on him, it's a pretty solid place to be eleven years read news >>

T.J. Dillashaw's huge title win at UFC 173 pushed him up into the P4P rankings, but he's still below the man he just beat. Everyone argues about rankings. It's just natural because they're so subjective. Of all the rankings categories though, pound-for-pound is the one that incites the most anger because it's completely mythical. Nonetheless, we do compile P4P rankings and in this week's edition of the official UFC rankings, a new fighter has entered the list - T.J. Dillashaw. The Team Alpha Mal read news >>

Sorry folks, you won't need your tin foil hats for this one. When Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) booked the Johny Hendricks vs. Robbie Lawler fight at UFC 171, which took place last Saturday night (March 15, 2014) inside American Airlines Arena in Dallas, Texas, it new it was going to crown a new welterweight champion (watch it happen here). It also knew the first question fans would have is, "who's next?" With that in mind, the production team leaned on longtime UFC color commentator Joe read news >>
