The draw between Chris Camozzi and Joey Villasenor at Shark Fights 15 has been overturned. The New Mexico Athletic Commission on Tuesday during a meeting in Albuquerque, N.M., voted to change the decision of the May 27 event's headliner to a split decision in favor of Camozzi. It appears that New Mexico Athletic Commission officials made the wrong call in the headliner of Shark Fights 15. A set of official scorecards recently obtained by MMAjunkie.com shows that a draw announced in a Joey Villasenor vs. Chris Camozzi headliner actually was a split-decision win in favor of Camozzi. A NMAC representative said the decision will be reviewed during a meeting July 12 in Albuquerque, and the review could lead to a change in the bout's official result. read news >>
