PITTSBURGH - Charlie Brenneman was a winner even before he stepped into the cage at Sunday's UFC on Versus 4 event.
After a series of events left Brenneman without an opponent and the event without a headliner, the hometown hero stepped in on a day's notice against red-hot welterweight Rick Story.

Rick Story's decision win over Gunnar Nelson on Saturday in Sweden was impressive enough on its own. It's even more impressive after finding out that he broke his ankle midway through the fight. According to Story, he believes the left ankle injury occurred in the second round of the five-round bout.
