Diego Brandao and Jimy Hettes will finally meet in April. The two featherweights, originally paired at the UFC 183 card in Las Vegas, are now set to collide at UFC on FOX 15 in Newark, N.J., on April 18. The UFC announced the match-up Monday. Brandao vs. Hettes was part of the preliminary card of the UFC pay-per-view show on Jan. 28, but Hettes fell ill while getting his hands wrapped and the bout was cancelled. That marked the second time in less than a year that Brandao had a fight cancelled a read news >>

Let's try this again. Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) featherweight hopefuls Diego "Don't Film Me" Brandao and Jimy Hettes have been booked for the upcoming UFC on FOX 15: "Machida vs. Rockhold" mixed martial arts (MMA) event, which takes place on April 18, 2015 inside Prudential Center in Newark, NJ. If it sounds familiar, it is, as these two scrappy 145-pounders were expected to throw hands at the UFC 183 pay-per-view (PPV) event last month in Las Vegas, Nevada (more on that here); howeve read news >>

A UFC 183 featherweight bout has been scrapped at the last second due to one of the fighters falling ill. Well, this is a bummer. One of the highlights of the UFC 183 prelims (at least in my eyes) was going to be a featherweight scrap between Ultimate Fighter winner Diego Brandao and Jimy Hettes. Unfortunately though, it appears that Hettes got sick in the last hour or so and the bout has been scratched from the card. I'm told the Brandao-Hettes fight has been canceled due to Hettes suffering fr read news >>
