A proposal set for presentation at the Association of Boxing Commissions' annual meeting in July will provide guidelines for uniform amateur-MMA regulation across all jurisdictions.

Promotion officials have announced a 12-fight card for the event, which takes place at Smart Araneta Coliseum in Quezon City, Philippines. The card will be available as an online pay-per-view in North America.
