I guess the book was written by one of the team trearins at Throwdown. The book is great and after being on the diet for 2 weeks I still have tons of energy. The first couple days were hard but after that it isn't bad. I am wondering if anyone else out there is on it and what their expericnes have been. Some of the fighters on their site say they have lost over 30 lbs. The before and after pictures are amazing. Has any other MMA Fighters gotten these kind of results from the diet?
