Hendricks might have a better mental game that Koscheck, otherwise I see the matchup as being very similar. Even if Hendricks can get the better of GSP in the wrestling game, (which seems unlikely) it would only be marginal, and would not be nearly enough to win, as GSP has better grounds skills. GSP is also the superior striker, but Hendricks will certainly have a better chance than most as his wrestling should help give him more opportunities to land that big shot, and will make him less worried about being taken down. Look for GSP to try to win by outboxing Hendricks with long range strikes, or to to take more risks than normal going for submissions on the ground if the fight comes to that. Hopefully the fight doesn't end up with GSP taking Hendricks down and slowly grinding away at him with conservative top control and ground and pound (but that's probably what he'll do if he feels that it's working).

Koscheck would have had a better chance of landing a big punch on GSP too if he hadn't suffered that loss of vision so early in the fight, but obviously credit to GSP for being able to land damaging strikes so early on
