@SleepingPeaceSame basis as circuit tranniig. You go and go and go, until time is up, or whatever goal you set. So say you choose 5 exercises and you want to go 15 minutes of circuit tranniig, then go do three sets straight. The more sets you do the longer the circuit, or say only 1 set for a pre-weight tranniig warmup as opposed to light lifting these plyometric/endurance boosting exercises are great..
