Training has been going very well in all aspects. From strength and conditioning, to pad work and technique, and sparring. Lots of sparring. Working with guys that have all sort of different styles.
I have been working with high level boxers to improve my hands. I always get my kickboxing sparring in as well of course and also have been sparring with karate guys to so I can get used to the kicks that come from awkward angles.
September 8th will be here very quickly and It will be time to step in the ring and show the world what I am made of. Very excited to fight for K-1.
This is my Opportunity to make something of myself in the fight world. I am willing to leave it all in the ring I’m ready to die fighting. That’s how serious this is to me.
I know Seth is training hard and I’m sure he takes this serious as well. He’s a veteran. That’s why when we step in the ring and fight people will see what K-1 is all about.
