Following last week's withdrawal of Bellator featherweight champion Pat Curran due to a broken orbital bone, his opponent, Patricio "Pitbull" Freire also has been scratched from Friday's Bellator 73 card. Bellator officials today confirmed the change with MMAjunkie.com.
