Fabricio Werdum returned to the Octagon at UFC 143 on Saturday in Las Vegas, and what a homecoming he had.

Not only did Werdum step back in the Octagon, he also scored the win, taking home a unanimous decision over Roy Nelson. Not only did he score the win, he and Nelson walked away with the Fight of the Night honors, each earning an extra $65,000 bonus for their efforts.

After a lackluster affair with Alistair Overeem in his most recent previous bout, Werdum gave a good accounting of himself and his improved Muay Thai skills at the Mandalay Bay Events Center.

Check out what Werdum had to say when he met with the media at the UFC 143 post-fight press conference…
