Wanderlei Silva UFC 132 Fightline: Is the Former Champion Calling It Quits?


Wanderlei Silva returned to the Octagon for the first time in 16 months to face Chris Leben at UFC 132 in July. He was KO’d in just 27 seconds.

Even though UFC president Dana White expressed his desire for Silva to retire, the former Pride champion sounds as if he’s not yet ready to hang up his gloves.

“I’m in one piece. I’m ready for another one. I hope to fight soon,” he stated.

UFC cameras followed Silva around leading up to the fight at UFC 132 to get an exclusive, and emotional, behind-the-scenes look at a legend. Silva opened up and shared his feelings, struggles, and plans in this new UFC feature.
