Guest coaches are nothing new on “The Ultimate Fighter.” But Melchor Menor did something to set himself apart from the rest of the pack.

As a guest coach for Miesha Tate‘s squad on the current 18th season of the show, which airs Wednesday nights on FOX Sports 1, the muay Thai legend decided to show off a little – but breaking a baseball bat in half with his shin.

Check out the insane video as Menor gets a fighter to hold the bat while he measures it, then splinters it. Trust us when we say you won’t be complaining that he broke the bat on the handle end and not the barrel.

It’s not the first time Menor has done it – it’s become his calling card. Check out the video below as he does a pair of bats instead of just one. For more on Melchor Menor, visit his official website and official muay Thai site.

Catch new episodes of “The Ultimate Fighter 18: Team Rousey vs. Team Tate” every Wednesday at 10 p.m. ET (7 p.m. PT) on FOX Sports 1. MMAjunkie.com recaps each episode of the reality series.
