Video: Watch diehard, drunken WWE fans go crazy for Ronda Rousey

Does UFC women’s bantamweight champion Ronda Rousey have a future in the WWE? While she’s a polarizing figure in MMA circles, the champ seems to be a hit with pro wrestling’s faithful.

Following this past weekend’s WrestleMania 31 event, where Rousey made a surprise appearance that had both worlds buzzing, MMAjunkie contributor Chamatkar Sandhu asked wrestling fans about one of MMA’s most mainstream fighters.

As it turns out, she’s a big hit with WWE fans (especially the seemingly inebriated ones) – and many of them are hoping for a return to the ring.

Up next for Rousey (11-0 MMA, 5-0 UFC), who’s on unparalleled reign of dominance in the MMA cage, is a UFC 190 headliner with Bethe Correia (9-0 MMA, 3-0 UFC). The pay-per-view event takes place Aug. 1 at Rio de Janeiro’s HSBC Arena.
