Video: Watch UFC champ Anthony Pettis go all 'Showtime' on Joe Lauzon

UFC lightweight champion Anthony Pettis is capable of cutting a highlight-reel clip at pretty much any moment, as Joe Lauzon can attest.

Before he was champion, Pettis met Lauzon on the main card of February 2012’s UFC 144 event. While the two action-first fighters were expected to engage in a rousing battle, a brutal left high kick ended the war in a single blow.

Pettis (18-2 MMA, 5-1 UFC) returns to action at next week’s UFC 185 event in Dallas, where he meets top contender Rafael dos Anjos (23-7 MMA, 12-5 UFC) in the evening’s headlining matchup.
