It drew the biggest crowd in North American MMA history, and in a featured main-card fight, Lyoto Machida ended Randy Couture‘s career in devastating fashion at UFC 129.

Ahead of his UFC 163 bout with fellow light-heavyweight contender Phil Davis, Machida can be seen in this UFC 129 clip. The event took place in front of more than 55,000 MMA fans at Toronto’s Rogers Centre in April 2011.

The performance kicked off Machida’s current 3-1 run and remains one of the most impressive performances of his six-year UFC career.
