FOX Sports is back with highlights from its signature “Phantom Cam.” If you haven’t seen them before, man oh man, you’re in for an early Christmas present.

While normal cameras record video at 30 frames per second, the “Phantom Cam” records at an insane 5,000 frames per second.

That means you can see Tyron Woodley knock out Josh Koscheck in the slowest of slo-mo – and the damage left on Georges St-Pierre’s face after five rounds with Johny Hendricks becomes that much more evident.
