Despite some confusion, Tim Kennedy isn’t fighting Rafael Nadal at Wednesday’s “UFC Fight Night 31: UFC Fight for the Troops 3? event. Even Kennedy had to learn the hard way.

The middleweight, who headlines the FOX Sports 1-televised event at Fort Campbell in Kentucky and Tennessee, originally was scheduled to fight Lyoto Machida, who ultimately was shifted to UFC Fight Night 30, where he recently knocked out Mark Munoz.

Kennedy got a new opponent, but it’s not Nadal, as he learns in the above Ranger Up video.

Meanwhile, Catch Kennedy (16-4 MMA, 1-0 UFC) and Rafael Natal (17-4-1 MMA, 5-2-1 UFC) in action on Wednesday.
