Jim Alers is, of course, disappointed that he's not getting to fight for a title at Cage Warriors Fight Night. But he's not underestimating the replacement for featherweight champ Conor McGregor, Marcio Cesar. He's learned his lesson on that front. "Things happen in this sport, and you've got to be ready," Alers told Radio.
