Next week James Te Huna (16-5 MMA, 5-1 UFC) meets fellow contender Glover Teixeira (20-2 MMA, 3-0 UFC) in a pay-per-view main-card bout at UFC 160.
It’s a chance for Te Huna, who’s ranked No. 15 in the USA TODAY Sports/MMAjunkie.com MMA light-heavyweight rankings, to move further up the contender list and even supplant Teixeira, who’s ranked No. 7.
Te Huna, a New Zealander and veteran of the Australian fight circuit, enters the May 25 bout with a four-fight win streak, as well as a 10-1 record in his past 11 bouts going back to 2008. Among those wins is a July 2012 victory over hard-hitting ex-heavyweight Joey Beltran.
The fight, which co-headlined UFC on FUEL TV 4, is now available in its entirety thanks to FUEL TV.
