If you don't ask, you never know, right?
Help wanted: New "guy in UFCs production truck."
Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) ringside announcer, Joe Rogan, put women's Bantamweight champion, Ronday Rousey, on the spot during a post-victory interview after she smashed Alexis Davis in 16 seconds (read fight recap here) in UFC 175's co-main event.
And it didn't go over too well.
Rogan -- at the behest of some poor soul "in the production truck" -- asked "Rowdy" if she would be interested in makin more
UFC 176 is less than a month away and with the removal of headliner Jose Aldo from the card due to injury, there's currently no main event in place.
Perhaps that's why someone on the UFC's production team asked UFC commentator Joe Rogan to ask the victorious UFC women's bantamweight champion Ronda Rousey if she'd be interested in competing on the card. After all, Rousey seemingly got through her co-main event bout at UFC 175 unscathed, blasting through challenger Alexis Davis in a mere 16 second more
UFC President Dana White was not happy with some unknown member of the production team for instructing Joe Rogan to ask Ronda Rousey whether she would want to compete at UFC 176 on short notice. Dana White is furious over the production team's blunder on the UFC 175 PPV broadcast.
Following Ronda Rousey's rapid title defence in the co-main event, Joe Rogan proceeded to ask the women's bantamweight champion whether she would be willing to step in on short notice and defend her title at UFC 176.

Let's start off with Joe Rogan getting put on blast by UFC President Dana White for asking Ronda Rousey if she was willing to rescue the UFC 176 pay-per-view (PPV) event in Los Angeles, Calif., which takes place in less than a month and is without a main event (because of this).
U mad? Yikes.
Turns out Rogan was not to blame for the post-fight faux pas, according to comments White made at the UFC 175 post-fight press conference (watch the replay here), not long more
When Joe Rogan stepped into the UFC Octagon to talk to Ronda Rousey after her 16-second destruction of Alexis Davis at UFC 175, asking if the UFC women's bantamweight champion could step in at UFC 176 to save the pay-per-view, the MMA community held its collective breath. Could Rousey transcend everything, even her own superhero-like performance against Davis, and headline a card less than one month away? The answer is no, and UFC President Dana White was not pleased with the question in the fir more
As UFC women's bantamweight champion Ronda Rousey was being interviewed following her 16-second title defense to Alexis Davis Saturday at UFC 175, commentator Joe Rogan asked her if she'd be willing to serve as the headliner for UFC 176 on Aug. 2 in Los Angeles. According to Rogan, he introduced the question after being prompted by a producer in the production vehicle, via his earpiece. The question and Rousey's subsequent response have been edited out of replays of the interview.

Joe Riggs and Andrei Arlovski are sharing a UFC card for the first time since UFC 55 back in 2005.
That's when "The Pitbull" slept Paul Buentello, on the same night "Diesel" stopped Chris Lytle on a cut. Now they're both back inside the Octagon for the UFC Fight Night 51 mixed martial arts (MMA) event on FOX Sports 1, which takes place on Sept. 13, 2014 inside Nilson Nelson Gymnasium in Brasilia.
While Arlovski battles "Bigfoot" Silva in the main event, Riggs will take on Paulo Th more
