Forrest Griffin is a horrible dancer. There, I said it. But know that I say that kind of thing as an expert in being a horrible dancer and this video is evidence to the fact that Forrest dances almost as bad as I do.
But back to Forrest. UFC talent flocked to Las Vegas to participate in the organization’s fighter summit and one of the participants, light heavyweight Ovince St. Preux, found some downtime to show the now-retired former title holder how to party hop. As seen in the following video, Forrest is nowhere near expert level in party hopping, but you have to to give it up to the guy for trying.
