Manager John Fosco agrees with fighter Aaron Riley that there is little negotiating room with MMA's most prominent employer, the UFC. But he said that's precisely why management is needed, among other jobs that allow fighters to focus on their primary one.   "To not have a professional manage your career, deal with paperwork, deal with travel, deal with PR, deal with sponsors, deal with social media - it's insane," Fosco told MMAjunkie.com.
