Round 1: They touch gloves.  Tezuka takes the center of the cage.  Lee lands an inside leg kick.  He circles on the outside.  Tezuka answers with a leg kick of his own.  Tezuka closes the distance and presses Lee against the cage.  Lee delivers a knee to the body.  They battle for position in the clinch.  Lee defends the takedown and lands a knee.  They separate.  Lee rushes in with a combination.  Tezuka presses Lee against the cage and works for a single leg takedown.  Lee lands short punches while balancing on one leg.  Gomez gives up on the single leg.  Tezuka lands short punches to the body and head inside the clinch.  He presses Lee against the fence.  The referee separates them.  Tezuka drops for a takedown.  Lee defends it.  MMAWeekly scores the round 10-9 for Lee.

Round 2: They exchange leg kicks.  Tezuka presses forward.  He works for a takedown and pulls guard.  Lee lands a hammer fist and an elbow from the top position.  Tezuka goes for a leg lock.  He switches to a heel hook.  Lee gets out of it.  Lee stands and Tezuka secures a double leg takedown. Tezuka works to pull Lee away from the cage.  Lee stands.  Tezuka presses him against the cage.  They separate.  Lee goes to the body and misses with a high kick.  Tezuka works for a takedown.  Lee peppers his body with short shots. Tezuka pulls Lee to the ground but Lee immediately gets back up.  Lee lands a knee to the body at the bell. MMAWeekly scores the round 10-9 for Tezuka.

Round 3: Lee lands a right hand.  He steps in with a stiff jab.  Tezuka presses forward and works for a takedown.  Lee lands punches to the body while being pressed against the fence.  Lee delivers a knee to the body.  Tezuka backs away.  Lee lands a nice jab.  Tezuka drops down for a single leg takedown.  Lee delivers short elbows to the body and head while Tezuka works for the takedown.  Lee continues to land short shots on Tezuka.  Tezuka continues to press Lee against the cage.  The referee separates them.  Tezuka closes the distance and presses Lee to the cage.  Lee goes back to landing punches to the body while against the fence.  Lee lands a right hook as they separate.  Tezuka drives forward looking for a takedown.  He can’t get it.  Lee lands short punches to the body and head.  He lands a knee to the body at the bell.  MMAWeekly scores the round 10-9 for Lee.

The judges score the fight for Lee by unanimous decision.  All three scorecards read 30-27.
