Of the few sportsbooks taking action on the fight, Nate Marquardt is being given an approximately 66 percent chance of defeating Ysuhin Okami at Saturday's UFC 122 event. But in a sampling of top UFC middleweight contenders, Marquardt's favorite status was much more pronounced. Fighters ranging from champion Anderson Silva to contender Michael Bisping to veteran Wanderlei Silva recently gave Spike TV their breakdowns for the fight, and only one out of the nine fighters picked Okami.

Wow, didn't imagine so many UFC fighters were clueless about how good Okami is.
Okami WILL imo fight aggressive and his striking is just so much better than what people think.
Marquardt's only chance is to land meaningful kicks to the legs early and cut the spring out of Okami.
Otherwise, Okami is just taking him down anytime he wishes and even beats him to the punch.
Okami has had tougher fights, both fought Sonnen and Okami simply got outworked, whereas Nate simply got beaten up.
