The UFC has booked a bunch of fights over the last few days, and here's a rundown of what they put together.

Since the UFC has decided to produce 50+ events in 2014, there is a remarkable amount of fighter signings and new match-ups being set up throughout any given week. Many of these new signings are for match-ups that take place on the under card, or on the Fight Pass portion of a PPV, so we are going to continue with a new weekly (or bi-weekly if needed) series of articles where we take a brief look at each and every bout booked by the promotion in one place.

UFC Fight Night: Swanson vs. Stephens

Joe Ellenberger has yet another opponent, as Bryan Barberena steps in to replace the injured Johnny Case in San Antonio. Ellenberger, who has not fought since 2012, was set to make his debut earlier this year but had his fight cancelled in the last minute.

UFC Fight Night: Dublin

As previously announced, the UFC's highly anticipated return to Ireland will feature another Dublin native, as the undefeated Patrick Holohan has signed with the promotion and will make his debut on the fight card against Josh Sampo. While the whole card is set to stream on UFC Fight Pass, this fight will likely end up on the preliminary portion.

UFC 175

The UFC's next PPV event will feature the bantamweight debut of Marcus Brimage, who will drop from featherweight to face Russell Doane on the preliminary portion of the fight card.  The card will also feature veteran George Roop against newcomer Rob Font.

UFC on FOX 12

A featherweight contest between Mike De La Torre and the debuting Brian Ortega is set to join July's UFC on FOX 12 fight card.  Check out Zane Simon's welcome article here.

UFC 176

TUF 11 winner Tony Ferguson and Danny Castillo will meet on the preliminary portion of the UFC 176 fight card in Los Angeles.

UFC Fight Night: Maine

Two new fights have been revealed for the UFC's first trip to Maine, as middleweights Tim Boetsch and Brad Tavares, and heavyweights Jack May and Shawn Jordan have been added to the fight card.

UFC Fight Night: Tulsa

Tulsa's first UFC fight card has a third fight, as featherweights Tom Niinimaki and Chas Skelly get set to cross paths in August. Both fighters are coming off loses in their most recent octagon outings. A flyweight contest between Tim Elliott and Wilson Reis will also be a part of the card.

Wednesday night, Jim Miller stepped into the UFC Octagon opposite fellow lightweight contender Donald Cerrone. However, things did not go the way of Miller in this bout, as he succumbed to a second-round head-kick knockout loss in Atlantic City, New Jersey. The loss for Miller knocks him out of contention for the time being. He is tough as nails and well-rounded as they come, but he has failed to break through to a title consideration with a performance against a fellow top lightweight. Where do more

The UFC brought a night full of knock outs, action, and fun fights to New Jersey. New Jersey got a treat with an all action Fight Night card for the ages. While this card lacked larger implications as even the big names on this card are on the fringes of their division's title pictures, it was just full of fun fights.
