ronda-rousey-maxim.jpgUFC women’s bantamweight champion Ronda Rousey has earned a spot on Maxim’s Hot 100 list for 2013.

For “Rowdy” fans, it also means a provocative nude photo in which she’s covered only with shadows, handwraps and a strategically placed forearm.

Maxim, which determined the list via online voting, is releasing portions of the Hot 100 over the next few days. Ranking in the three spots head of Rousey are Demi Lovato, Danielle Fishel and Olivia Munn. The No. 1 spot hasn’t been unveiled.

Maxim first launched the Hot 100 in 2000. Past No. 1s have included Marisa Miller, Bar Refaeli, Jessica Alba and Jessica Simpson.

Rousey (7-0 MMA, 1-0 UFC), 26, has been a mainstream-media fixture since becoming the first UFC women’s fighter and champ earlier this year. Following a UFC 157 main-event victory over Liz Carmouche in February, the Olympic medalist was tapped a head coach on the upcoming 18th season of “The Ultimate Fighter.” She meets fellow coach Cat Zingano in a title fight at season’s end later this year.

The exposure also has led to a recent cover spot on ESPN The Magazine’s 15th anniversary issue (her second cover with the magazine), as well as a spot on Business Insider‘s list of “50 Women Who Are Changing The World.”
