A look at the UFC's New Zealand debut, slated for June 28th in Auckland with a main event featuring Nate Marquardt and James Te Huna.

It's not often you see a fight where one guy is moving up in weight and the other is coming down, but that's what you've got in James Te Huna (former LHW) and Nate Marquardt, who was a long-time middleweight who spent his last 4 fights at welterweight. Both men are on losing streaks, they were just about beheaded in their last respective bouts, but they're in this UFC Fight Night main event because Te Huna is from New Zealand, which is where this card is taking place.

Auckland's Vector Arena plays host to its first ever UFC show, which will air in the wee hours of the morning (time TBD) in North America, but in the late evening in New Zealand. The entire show will be screened on Fight Pass, but no one is putting a gun to your head to watch this at 4 in the morning, so you can always catch the immediate replay at your own leisure (provided you're a subscriber). The co-main event isn't official but it seems to be Charles Oliveira and Hatsu Hioki, otherwise it's likely Soa Palelei versus Jared Rosholt.

This is what the card looks like so far, with maybe 2-4 fights left before this is a finalized lineup:

Nate Marquardt vs. James Te Huna
Charles Oliveira vs. Hatsu Hioki
Soa Palelei vs. Jared Rosholt
Sean O'Connell vs. Gian Villante
Chris Indich vs. Vik Grujic
Robert Whittaker vs. Mike Rhodes
Jon Dolos Reyes vs. Richie Vaculik
Claudio da Silva vs. Richard Walsh
